Internal planning tools

Authorised use

Access is limited to approved users. Users must keep their credentials secure and may only use the tools and information for authorised business activities.

Planning outputs

Calculations, allocations and layouts are decision-support outputs. Users must review source data, assumptions and final results before implementation. The tools do not replace professional, commercial or legal judgement.

Local files and backups

Users are responsible for the security, naming, backup, retention and authorised sharing of files stored in their selected local folder.

Acceptable conduct

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce harmful content or access information for which they have not been authorised.
